To deliver work on time, you agree to provide required content, access (hosting, domains, CMS, etc.), feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client materials: You retain ownership of content you provide (logos, images, copy).
• Deliverables: Ownership/licensing of final deliverables is defined by your project agreement.
• Pre-existing tools: We retain rights to our templates, code libraries, processes, and know-how.

6. Third-Party Tools and Services

Your project may integrate third-party platforms (hosting, email, analytics, payment processors, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing, or downtime.

7. Disclaimers

The website and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate information, we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
